Returns are easy! All you have to do is fill out the returns form found at the bottom of our homepage at, and we will send you all the information you need to get your shoes back to us. Once we have the shoes back, we will refund your original payment method within 1-2 business days.

The shoes don’t fit. We have you covered. You can exchange your shoes for a different size through our Returns page:

Yes. We have a one (1) year manufacturers defect warranty. If you'd like to submit a warranty claim, submit an RMA form.

Within our lineup, we have low and high-volume offerings. If you are looking for a higher volume shoe to accommodate a wider foot, we would recommend checking out the Powerline/Skyline and TNT as flat pedal offerings and the Transition/Traverse as a clip-in offering.

Our shoes run true to size for an athletic fit and are built around the US sizing. We recommend ordering the same US size as your current athletic shoes. If you are on the cusp of two sizes, we recommend sizing up to the larger size.

To clean your Ride Concept shoes, we recommend just spraying them off with water and air drying, not in direct sun. If you need a more thorough clean, use a mild soap and a cloth to spot clean. For the Vice and Vice Mid, we recommend a suede specific protectant/cleaner.

We have a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason the shoes just aren’t working out after you have given them time to break in (we recommend 5-8 rides), we will happily offer you an exchange for a different size or try to find a different model of same or lesser value. Please file Satisfaction Guarantees as a Warranty Defect on the RMA form and include photos. Go to: for information on how to file a claim.
