Returns/Exchanges
Purchases made from RideConcepts.com:
Ride Concepts will honor returns for up to 30 days from the time the product is received by the customer. Refunds do not include shipping and handling fees. To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure that the item is returned in the same condition as received, with the shoe box, decals, and tags intact, or the return request may be denied. Please fill out the form below to start the return process.
Exchanges
Due to the high demand of our products, the fastest way to ensure you can exchange an online order for the product you would like is to please go ahead and purchase that new product immediately from the website. Following that please fill out the returns form and following instructions from our Customer Service team, send the product back for a refund. Please note we do not refund shipping charges and all products must be returned with original packaging in unused condition.
Purchases made from Authorized Ride Concepts Dealers:
Customers should return the product to the original dealer where it was purchased. If the dealer cannot issue the desired replacement, please contact Customer Service at sales@rideconcepts.com. Ride Concepts can only offer refunds for products purchased directly from RideConcepts.com.
