Returns & Exchanges
- Purchases made from RideConcepts.com:
Ride Concepts will honor returns or exchanges up to 30 days from the time the product is received by the customer. Refunds do not include shipping and handling fees. Products must remain in mint condition and in its original packaging or the return request may be denied. Contact Ride Concepts

- Purchases made from Authorized Ride Concepts Dealers:
Customers should return the product to the original dealer where it was purchased. If the dealer cannot issue the desired replacement, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com. Ride Concepts can only offer refunds for products purchased directly from RideConcepts.com.
- Please complete Return Request in the form below.
- When your request is approved, please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping package
- Enclose a copy of your RMA request and original sales receipt
- Send to the indicated return address no later than 2 weeks after your RMA is issued. Send your package via a reliable, traceable shipping method with insurance against loss and damages. Ride Concepts is not responsible for packages lost or damaged prior to delivery at our warehouse.
