Please complete RMA form below.

Place product in original box in a shipping box to maintain original condition. If you do not have the original box, please let us know in your RMA form. For warranty returns, any box will do.

When your request is approved, please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping package.

Use the prepaid UPS/FedEx return shipping label to send back products. Send within 2 weeks of filing the RMA. Failure to use provided shipping label will cause delays in your refund/exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected by Ride Concepts’ Return Department, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment right away. Please note, some banks can take 7-10 business days for funds to be credited.


If you change your mind or the size doesn’t fit, we‘ve got you covered! Ride Concepts will honor returns for up to 30 days from the time you receive your product. Products must remain in mint condition and in its original packaging or the return request may be denied. Exchanges can only be made for different sizes of the same product. If the original colorway is out of stock, please note an alternative color you would like in your RMA form and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Customers should return the product to the original dealer where it was purchased. If the dealer cannot issue the desired replacement, please contact Customer Service at Ride Concepts can only offer refunds for products purchased directly from
