Outstanding customer service
Bought the Wildcat (v1) over here in the UK, initially very impressed with the shoe, from grip, fit, pedal stability and extra protection a mid top brings. Unfortunately just outside of the 1 year warranty the sole on both shoes had started to detach from the upper. Couldn't find any other complaints online about the durability, so reached out to Ride Concepts, who agreed that despite being out of the warranty this shouldn't have happened. Within less than a week of contacting them a replacement pair was sent out via their UK distributor, Silverfish.
This is part of one Ride Concepts emails to me;
"Every now and then, a shoe might fail, but it’s how a brand deals with it that counts. We’ll always go the extra mile and get our customers back on the trail asap."
In this day and age, in my experience, customer service like this is rare. So hats off to Ride Concepts its a 5 star for their customer service and product.
