Product Performance
Different terrain and riding styles can benefit from specific shoe features. Grip, protection, weight, and breathability are all factors that can affect your on-bike experience.
Level 4 Flex provides a strong power transfer to the pedal, support for long descents, and enough compliance for a secure pedal connection while offering a small amount of trail feedback.
Our medium volume last can accommodate a vast range of foot shapes, but an average volume foot will be most comfortable. Larger feet will be comfortable sizing a half-size up.
After receiving these Tallac shoes that I placed through the Ride Concepts website, I noticed an issue with the seam around the toe of the right shoe where the rubber of the sole was dipping down. I emailed Ride Concepts and they responded immediately and asked for some additional information beyond the photos that accompanied me email. Within 2 days there was a box at my door with a new pair of Tallac shoes. All I can say that I received amazing customer support ! And so far a much better product that their competitors that start with a 5. Thank you, Gabe!
Men’s Tallac '24
In doing research, it appears that this 2024 version has stickier rubber than the current version. Anyway, coming off 510 freeride pros, I find these adequate.
Otherwise the fit is good, the quality good, and there is a nice lace keeper.
Great shoe. Comfortable. Good peddle support and grip. The grip is also great off the bike and has saved me more than once on some sketchy rocks/trails
Legit, best shoes ever. I wear them everyday. I bike daily and don’t even need to change. They grip well and feel good on the feet. They can handle long distance walks, mountain biking, or BMXing for any length of time. Buy them on sale to soften the blow, but if money isn’t an option, BUY THEM NOW!
