Solid Shoe

I bought a pair of Livewires after years of wearing 510 Freeriders. These have a somewhat stiffer sole which I prefer, they are built better and have similar grip. The uppers aren't quite as soft and comfortable but the tradeoff is that they dry out much faster. The lace holders are nice to have too. Overall I don't think there's much comparison. Freeriders are good shoes but for the same price these are simply better. I found sizing runs similar to my other athletic shoes for size 13.

Fit: True To Size
Favorite out of three so far.

Size 14 (true to size), Black, ridden for 6 months.

Fit, pedal feel, grip and chill colors, this shoe has it all. I am incredibly hard on shoes and these have held up amazingly with the exception of the internal rear collar on the shoe. Seems like it came unglued and slides down inside the back of the shoe making an uncomfortable weird pressure spot. I get around it by pinching the liner fabric and sliding the foam collar back up the back of the shoe. Only pair I have had an issue with so far. The toe bumper and mid/outsole on this shoe is my favorite offering in the lineup so far.

9/10 will buy again.
